Made from 4mm forged aluminium with a sturdy riveted steel and sustainably sourced beechwood handle finished in protective beeswax. The PTFE coating (PFOS and PFOA free) provides a non-stick surface, resistant to abrasion and perfect for cooking healthier dishes without the need for excess oil. Suitable for all stove-types, including induction, and oven-safe up to 200C.
